• Retainer fee is required to secure date for any wedding, event, photo booth, photo session, makeup work, or design project.
• Retainer fees are non-refundable.

• Please cancel as soon as possible. I understand life happens.
• You may use your retainer fee towards a rescheduled session for up to 3 months past the original booking date. Retainer fee is not refundable.

• I make final selection choices and retouch your images for your print gallery.
• If you are not happy with image selection I will download a gallery for you to pick the images you’d like. You have 7 days to make final selections.

Rest of session fees are due the day of session. Wedding and events 30 days before date. Design rest is due upon delivery.

• Regular sessions final delivery up to 60 days.
• Wedding/Event up to 90 days for final delivery of thumb drive with print/web images. Albums up to 6 months.

• Images will be delivered via thumb drive (wedding/event) or a password protected gallery so you can download directly to your computer. (portraits)
• Images will be released to print at professional labs only. Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Rite Aid, and Kinkos are not acceptable printing. Snapfish, Blurb, and Shutterfly are not acceptable online printing.
• Local printers- images will be released to are Ralins and Industrial Color Labs. They both do online uploads for printing you just have to pick them up or make arrangements for shipping. Both labs are comparable pricing to Walmart. I Highly recommend Ralins.
• Acceptable online printing- mpix.com and adoramapix.com. I can also provide prints for a special price in a gallery and your photos will be shipped right to you. Special print price is for wedding clients and clients that purchase the digital copies.

I do allow pinning/posting of my images/designs in a sharing capacity on social media with a link that leads back to my website. I allow sharing only. I do NOT allow copying of my images/designs for profit, claim as your own, commercial use, or alter in any way. Please just ask permission if you would like to use outside a sharing aspect.
